Returns: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase on all items except Custom made pedalboards. In order to return an item you must request a return authorization by calling (619) 895 7725. All Items must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging in order to be accepted. We stand behind all of the products we sell. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us to resolve the issue within 15 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back with a tracking# at their expense unless the item is defective.
Since Custom pedalboards are made to your specifications we can not accept returns on them. Returns will be accepted on in stock pedalboards within 15 days of purchase. The in stock pedalboard needs to be in the same condition that it left our warehouse in order to be returned. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
Shipping: All purchases over $100.00 ships free in the US excluding Pedalboards. There is a $6.00 shipping charge for all purchases under $100.00. We will disclose the shipping charges for pedalboards when the item is ordered. Since custom pedalboards are all different sizes the shipping varies per order. We only charge what the carrier charges us.
International Orders: If you are ordering outside the USA please contact us first before ordering. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses & we will not adjust export doccuments to show lower dollar amounts than what was actually paid. We charge shipping charges for all international orders. Shipping charges are assessed on a per order basis. If you place an order without contacting us first we will contact you with the total shipping charges due.
